Very helpful staff. Possibility to have breakfast during a long time (06:00-11:00).
Some noise early in the morning since they reconstructed the street just outside the hotel.

Good Value. Stay 4 days and buy a 3 day transit pass to see the city and sights. It is a hostel so you are surrounded by young people. They will do your laundry for free. Excellent place for anyone traveling on a tight budget,
My credit card was automatically charged with my native currency at a 3% premium. The young receptionist did not know how to force it to local currency and tried to tell me that it was impossible to charge my card in Polish Zloyts. Anna, the manager, straightened it out for me and everything was fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English very well. They even helped us plan a little day trip to Auschwitz. The rooms were big and the bed was comfortable.
Not in the best part of town and kind of far from the main attractions i.e. old town, Nowy Swiat, etc. Weak breakfast.

It located nearby a big open market and we brought lot of cheap and good quality foods. The host was helpful and the laundry service was awesome!! The room and bathroom were big and clean. The transport was convenience whatever go to old town, center train station or international bus station. There is even a 24 hours currency exchange nearby. We enjoyed a lot there!
Our room was on the third floor and there was not able to get the wireless signal.

Clean, comfortable, everything what you need as a traveller is there (nice rooms&patio, safe lockers big enough to put whole backpacks there, well equipped kitchen, really clean bathrooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, they even do the laundry for free); location is ok, close to buses&trams
A dish dryer was a bit rusty and in some bathrooms there was no soap - but this is really nothing in comparison to the general overview

It's a good place to stay for groups of youth for acceptable price. Market place, gas station are located in neighborhood too.
There are too small backyard for the car parking - only for 5-6 cars. A street repair works nearby was a reason for temporary discomfort.

Particularly the polite & helpful staff. all of whom speak good English & possibly other languages. Continental breakfast. Clean & well run kitchen. Clean, fresh linen. Decent size lockers (don't forget your own padlock). Internet INCLUDED.Situated close to local markets which have EVERYTHING esp. fresh fruit etc. Only five (5) mins to very efficient transport to City centre & further. Clean shower facilities ... a 'Must' for any traveler/backpacker/business person. BBQ and pleasant garden area to relax. ATM machines handy. People everywhere were accomodating & pleasant. .
May be a bit out of the way for families with small children/oldies - but hey! ... I am 65!

I love it. It is funny and cozy inside, great rooms with different faces. Nice big kitchen with dining room and pretty common room for relaxation.
The mixed common bathroom not so convenient because of no shells or hangers inside. There is no freezer in refrigerator.

The atmosphere of friendship and how many countries are represented through the people we can find there.
There was a few people walking by in underwear, the wi-fi signal doesn't reach all the floors and disconnects very often.

There is great garden! Staff was pretty helpful, rooms are nice
The kitchen wasn't very clean, everyone should wash their dishes so you can check what you are using before you do it. There aren't many places to eat near the hostel, you can buy sth from the supermarket and cook it in the hostel or go downtown

It was nice time. Very quite at the nights and even not so noizy in the mornings. There is a great common room, good for reading, playing or chatting.
There was a funny door tothe toilets which nobody could not close.
